“We live in a diet-obsessed society, surrounded by social media platforms that are saturated with influencers who appear to have it all together – the tastiest meal plan, the trendiest workout routine, and a perfect healthy lifestyle. Nutrition is fascinating, but it means so much more to me than calories on a dinner plate. I strive to help my clients make peace with food, which ultimately is the fuel that enables us to channel our energy into what matters most: cultivating a fulfilling life. When we let go of restrictions and unrealistic expectations, body size becomes less glorified and we can spend more time doing what truly resonates with our souls. I know the path toward food freedom isn't always simple or direct, but I am here to gracefully guide my clients and walk with them every step of the way.”

Tori (Victoria) Davis, MBA, RDN, LDN
Lakeview Office
  • Registered and Licensed Dietitian Nutritionist
  • Registered Dietitian at Timberline Knolls Residential Treatment Center
  • Master's of Business Administration, Dominican University 2017
  • Member of Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics and the International Federation of Eating Disorder Dietitians
"So much of our diet culture is focused on the myth that there are "good" foods and "bad" foods. But once you begin assigning values to the food you eat, you start assigning those same values to your self-worth. There are no good foods or bad foods - there are just foods. Food is fuel and nourishment for our bodies, but somewhere along the way food became the enemy and the way to cope with emotions and behaviors.  My goal when working with clients is to help them build a healthy relationship with food and with their body. By rediscovering intuitive eating and rejecting toxic diet culture, I am here to help my clients reclaim their meaningful lives in recovery."
