I believe that you don’t have to be controlled by disordered thoughts – you can make gradual changes that will result in a healthier lifestyle in the future.

I use a positive approach to nutrition counseling, taking into account your food “phobias” and gradually learning to cope with them.  Each person’s struggle is different, therefore nutrition sessions are completely individualized.  I will work with you to help incorporate foods into your diet, to provide the nutrition your body needs to be healthy.

At your first session, time is taken to learn about your expectations of your sessions with the nutritionist, as well as where you are currently at with your nutrition concerns.  Learning about your background will help me guide our sessions together.  After our first session, we will set up follow-up sessions, based on an individual’s goals and needs.
