DBT Group (Dialectical Behavior Therapy)
For those who feel emotions more quickly & intensely than others & who have difficulty “coming down” from their emotions. Become more aware, feel more in control of your life, tolerate distressing emotions, regulate uncomfortable feelings, & learn how to have healthy relationships.

Nutrition Counseling Group - CURRENTLY THIS GROUP IS ON HOLD

Led by a registered dietitian who specializes in Eating Disorders. This group is for individuals
who struggle to develop and maintain a healthy relationship with food. Discuss nutrition
questions and concerns, challenge food thoughts and fears, and learn how to meet your nutrition
needs each day.
Yoga-Informed Therapy Group
For those who want to explore the therapeutic benefits of yoga in their journey toward mental health. This group introduces yoga as a series of skills for self regulation, coping, and a mind-body-spirit connection. No previous yoga experience required.
